I had ordered from this firm many times. I purchased on several occasions getting torches for myself and friends during the holidays in the past. Be advised, in the event you place an order that does not arrive. And they tell you to wait because of the holiday traffic and three more weeks go by you do not have your order, feel free to complain again about it. But you get no reply, and no regard for redress of any kind. This is because in my opinion Lighter USA wants you to know you can go F**k yourself
