Can you ship international?
We currently offer international shipping to Canada only.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do offer free shipping with no order minimum required on all orders shipping to the United States.
The tracking shows my package was undeliverable. What should I do?
If this is the case, please email one of our customer service reps so we can verify the address and get the item back out to you as soon as possible. Items being returned because of an undeliverable address take longer than normal shipping times.
What is your return policy?
We allow returns of all unused and unopened items for 60 days after the date on which you received your order for a full refund or exchange. Exchanges may be made for merchandise only. Shipping on returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer. No restocking fee is required. We require that you e-mail for pre-approval prior to returning merchandise for an exchange. Merchandise must be returned exactly as received, including original packaging. Please enclose a copy either of your invoice (that you printed from our web page) or a copy of the order confirmation we e-mailed to you. I received the wrong item, what should I do?
Please email your order number and a photo of the item you received and someone will contact you within 1 day to reship the correct items. We are sorry to hear this happened and if you have any questions please call 888.575.4460.
My item is damaged, what should I do?
Defective or Damaged Merchandise Excluding Vaporizer Units
Defective or damaged merchandise excluding vaporizers may be returned for a replacement or refund within 60 days of receipt. Replacement will be made 'in kind' for the original item. Shipping costs incurred in sending defective or damaged merchandise to us will be reimbursed. We require that you e-mail for pre-approval prior to returning damaged merchandise for replacement.
Defective or Damaged Vaporizer Units
We recommend troubleshooting any issues with the manufacturer first to determine if the vaporizer is defective or damaged. Due to hygienic reasons, whole vaporizer units will not be replaced if used. We will replace any parts needed to fix vaporizer if found defective within 60 days.
