Return Policy Time Frame

Customers are given 14 days from the date of delivery to start a return for eligible items. Just start a return here and we will email you a FREE prepaid return label. You will have 10 days to ship the item(s) back once the label is generated or it will be voided and the return will be canceled.

Unused/Unopened Items

Items returned in their original, unused, or unopened condition within the 14-day return window will qualify for a full refund. The refund will be processed back onto the original form of payment.

Used Items

For items that have been used; You can still get store credit. Just make sure to send back all the contents it came with such as the original packaging, manuals, and accessories using the free prepaid return label. If anything is found to be missing after inspection we will follow our restocking guidelines. After the initial 14-day return window, customers should contact the manufacturer directly for further assistance with any issues. We are an authorized retailer for all the brands we carry and they will further assist you with any warranty inquiries.

Defective Items

On the rare occasion that the product you ordered arrives defective, contact us immediately. The sooner, the better! Send us an email and we may be able to troubleshoot the issue and if the product is determined to be defective we will start the return and email you a free prepaid return label. In cases where items are defective and reported within the 14-day return window, we'll make things right with store credit for the amount of the exchange. Make sure to send it back with all its original packaging and contents. Missing items will lead to a 10% deduction in the credited amount. If the 14 days are up, reach out directly to the manufacturer. They're the pros and will handle all warranty inquiries.

Final Sale/Non Returnable Items

Please note that there are certain items on our website that are not eligible for returns. Clearance items fall into this category and are considered final sale, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged. We have great relationships with the brands we carry and any and all issues must go directly through them.

After a final sale item leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any manufacturer defects on clearance items.

The same applies to the following products:

  • Disposable Vapes (New & Used)
  • Coils/Atomizers
  • Mouthpieces

We are unable to accept returns for these items due to sanitary reasons. Our top priority is to ensure the well-being and health of both our valued customers and staff.

PAX, Storz & Bickel, Dr. Dabber, and Pulsar APX, ST. Dupont products must be returned to them for their respective warranties.

Restocking Information

If items are returned with missing components, packaging not intact, or prohibited material/residue still inside, a 10% deduction will automatically be applied to the final store credit. To make sure we don't take away from your credit, remember to clean the device and send back all the contents that came in the original packaging. If multiple item(s) are missing or the return is in an unacceptable condition, we may choose to either return the items to you or responsibly dispose of them at the customer's expense.
